Vicky is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience of advising on a range of company law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, group re-organisations and public company work. After seven years as a transactional lawyer with Travers Smith, Vicky spent six years as a corporate professional support lawyer at Eversheds, where she was responsible for training, precedents and keeping the firm’s corporate lawyers up to date. Vicky provides technical advice to the company secretarial team at Oakwood as well as delivering training and maintaining Oakwood’s precedent and know-how resources.
