Sinéad is a solicitor and chartered company secretary (ACIS). She qualified in 2008 as a corporate lawyer and spent 6 years in private practice advising clients on a broad range of matters including M&A transactions, joint ventures, group re-organisations as well as administering the firm's company secretarial unit. Sinéad then spent 7 years working in-house for a FTSE listed plc. Whilst in-house, she initially worked as a commercial solicitor before becoming the Assistant Company Secretary. Sinéad provides technical advice and support to the company secretarial advisors at Oakwood.
