Michael is a non-practising solicitor. Formerly a partner in the Corporate department at Addleshaw Goddard, Michael headed up Addleshaw Goddard Corporate Services, the firm’s company secretarial team, from 2002 to 2009. During that time, he built the team into the largest company secretarial team to be found in a UK law firm.  Michael has many years’ experience as a transactional lawyer, advising on all corporate matters, including M&A, Official List and AIM flotations, joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance / compliance issues.
