Lauren joined Oakwood in April 2019 from DLA Piper, where she was a Legal Director in the Corporate team. Lauren practiced for over 10 years, covering a wide range of corporate practice areas, sectors and clients, her primary focus being mainstream mergers & acquisitions, investments, group re-organisations and restructures and general company law compliance. Lauren is now part of the senior management team at Oakwood, working across all areas of the business and its clients.
