Tina joined Oakwood in 2018 from Addleshaw Goddard where she was a senior associate in the corporate team, having practised as a transactional lawyer for over ten years. She has worked across many sectors and has acted for clients such as PZ Cussons and Wolseley in transactions ranging from group reorganisations to takeovers, general mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. Having spent two years working as a Legal Advisor, supporting Oakwood's Company Secretarial Advisors by providing technical advice and training and maintaining Oakwood's know-how and precedent resources, Tina is now part of the senior management team. As such, Tina is involved in all aspects of Oakwood's business and client service delivery.
