Sally Rosser is a qualified company secretary and has experience of advising on company secretarial matters for a number of large, multinational and private equity-backed groups. She has considerable expertise in a range of company secretarial fields and manages the company secretarial aspects of, often complex, intra-group projects and transactions. She is expert in the use of Blueprint OneWorld, Oakwood’s chosen company secretarial application. Prior to joining Oakwood, she was a company secretarial assistant at Addleshaw Goddard. Sally is a first-class graduate in Classics from Manchester University.
