Our team

The Oakwood team has a wealth of expertise in all matters of company secretarial practice and procedure. Comprising chartered (and trainee) company secretaries, corporate lawyers and professional administrators, the team is led by Michael Harris - formerly a corporate partner at Addleshaw Goddard - and Muriel Thorne - an experienced chartered secretary and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Our principal objective is to provide clients with the highest levels of service - and so the training and development of our people is of crucial importance - as is the creation of a working environment, which is both supportive and enjoyable.
