Wendy is a highly experienced chartered company secretary. After a number of years working in the head office of a major multinational group, she joined Addleshaw Goddard as a company secretarial advisor, providing outsourced support to a broad spectrum of clients, including a number of large overseas and UK listed groups. Prior to joining Oakwood, Wendy spent a number of years in the company secretariat of a north-west based PLC, gaining experience across a range of corporate governance and compliance matters.
