Joanne is an experienced legal secretary and PA. She has extensive experience of managing office systems, having worked previously at Addleshaw Goddard and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is responsible for the administration of all office procedures and facilities at Oakwood and has expertise in all relevant IT applications and Companies House systems and procedures. She maintains our client portal infrastructure, as well as having responsibility for the firm’s invoicing, credit control and accounting systems and functions.
