Fay is a non-practising solicitor. She qualified in 2008 and spent 14 years in private practice with the corporate team of the Manchester office of Mills & Reeve LLP (formerly George Davies Solicitors). Fay also spent time working in-house at the Co-op as a secondee from Mills & Reeve. She has experience advising clients on a variety of aspects of corporate law, including M&A transactions, reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements. Fay provides technical advice and support to the company secretarial team at Oakwood.
