Since graduating with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2010, Emma has accumulated a wealth of experience in the company secretarial support services field. Her experience includes global entity management on behalf of multi-national clients, looking after groups varying in size from five, to over 200, entities worldwide. Emma has particular experience of dealing with some of the more challenging international jurisdictions, including in the Middle East and Africa. She has acted as a primary point of contact liaising with clients and international law firms in relation to various global projects, dealing with director changes, share transfers, equity injections and company incorporations.
