Prior to joining the Oakwood team in December 2019, Darta was a member of the company secretarial team of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, and prior to this was a member of the entity management team at Eversheds (now Eversheds Sutherland). Darta now manages her own portfolio of clients, working with a diverse range of corporate entities and groups. Darta graduated from the University of Chester with a degree in Law and holds a master's degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Liverpool. Darta is currently studying towards her company secretarial qualification.
