Caragh joined the Oakwood team in May 2019 and is currently studying towards her company secretarial qualification. Caragh is a first-class graduate in History from the University of Sheffield and has experience working with both corporate service providers and in-house company secretarial departments. She now manages her own portfolio of clients, working with a range of clients, including listed and private companies.
