Bev Lewis is a non-practising solicitor. Formerly a partner at Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw (now Mayer Brown) and the firm’s first resident partner in its Manchester office, she has many years’ experience as a transactional lawyer and in working with clients in-house on a secondment basis, having worked with clients such as ICI and Astra Zeneca. Bev supports Oakwood’s company secretarial advisors by providing technical advice and training and maintaining the team’s know-how and precedent resources.
