Vicky is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience of advising on a range of company law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, group re-organisations, public company work and compliance and governance issues. She started her career at Travers Smith, where she spent seven years as a transactional lawyer, before spending six years at Eversheds as a corporate professional support lawyer with responsibility for training, precedents and keeping the firm’s corporate lawyers up to date. Since joining Oakwood in 2014, Vicky has provided technical advice to the company secretarial team, as well as advising on legislative changes, delivering internal and external training and maintaining Oakwood’s precedents.
