Tina joined Oakwood in 2018 from Addleshaw Goddard where she was a senior associate in the corporate team. Having practised as a transactional lawyer for over ten years, Tina has worked on a broad range of transactions and has good experience of group reorganisations, M&A and private equity investments. Initially joining Oakwood as a Legal Advisor and supporting Oakwood’s company secretarial team by providing technical advice and training and maintaining Oakwood’s know-how and precedent resources, Tina has been part of Oakwood’s management team since 2020.
