Rabia joined Oakwood in 2025 from Addleshaw Goddard, where she was a managing associate in the corporate team. Rabia has extensive experience of working with a variety of clients on mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations, joint ventures, public company transactions and other company law matters; having practised as a corporate lawyer for over 15 years. Rabia is now an Associate Director at Oakwood working alongside the rest of the management team.
