Prior to joining Oakwood in 2024, Priya was member of the Global Entity Management team at KPMG and has experience managing global company secretarial matters and projects for large multinational companies and acting as the main contact for clients and international law firms. Prior to this Priya provided compliance and regulatory advice to FCA-regulated firms gaining experience in navigating complex regulatory environments. At Oakwood Priya supports clients with their company secretarial, corporate governance and compliance issues.
