Lauren joined Oakwood in 2019, having spent many years in private practice focusing on M&A transactions, investments, group re-organisations and general company law compliance as a Legal Director at international law firm, DLA Piper. Lauren is now a Director at Oakwood working across all areas of the business, having played a key role in the successful transition of the business to employee ownership in 2021.
