Katie is an experienced chartered company secretary and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute. Since graduating from university, Katie has worked across various sectors ranging from public listed companies, large private groups, professional services, local authorities, and private equity-backed groups. She has gained a wealth of experience in corporate governance and subsidiary management and now manages a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting with various projects and compliance matters. Katie graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in Law and a master’s degree in Financial and Commercial Law.
