Jane is an experienced chartered company secretary and rejoined Oakwood in September 2024 after several years working in-house in AIM and main market-listed companies, as well as in private practice, advising on a range of governance and compliance matters, including board and committee support, the annual reporting cycle and share scheme administration. Prior to moving in-house, Jane worked as a Manager in the Company Secretarial team at Eversheds Sutherland, supporting the development of the team, as well as managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Jane has a degree in Modern Languages and Cultures from Durham University and a first-class master’s degree in European and International Business Law from the University of Leeds.
