Since graduating with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2010, Emma has accumulated a wealth of experience in the company secretarial support services field. Her experience includes global entity management on behalf of multi-national clients and dealing with some of the more challenging international jurisdictions, including in the Middle East and Africa. She has acted as a primary point of contact liaising with clients and international law firms in relation to various global projects. At Oakwood, Emma works with a broad range of clients, advising on and managing their UK company secretarial requirements, and plays a key role in implementing internal knowledge-sharing systems.
