Darta is an experienced chartered company secretary, with a particular interest in transactional support. Since joining Oakwood in 2019, she has built a portfolio comprising active and aquisitive single entities and also large, multinational and private equity-backed groups. Prior to joining Oakwood, she was a member of the company secretarial teams of Addleshaw Goddard and Eversheds Sutherland.
