Caragh is an experienced chartered company secretary, with a particular interest in transactional support and detailed forensic review work. Since joining in 2019, she has built a portfolio comprising a range of corporate entities, including large, multinational and private equity-backed groups, including both private and listed companies. Prior to joining Oakwood, she was a member of the company secretarial team at the Peel Group in Manchester and, before that, gained experience as an administrator in the company secretarial department of SMP Partners Limited (now Suntera Global) on the Isle of Man.
