Arron previously worked in the hospitality industry up to management level before pursuing a career change. He joined the Oakwood team in 2017, originally as an apprentice, first working in the administration team and later becoming part of the company secretarial team. In this latter role, Arron works with a range of clients, including listed and private companies, private equity-backed groups and not-for-profit organisations. Arron also manages the incorporations team, overseeing service delivery in this area, and training new team members.
