Andrew is a chartered secretary with a wide range of experience including incorporations, annual compliance and transactional work with both large, multinational groups and smaller companies in the UK and Ireland. He holds an LLB Law degree and an MSc in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster. Prior to joining Oakwood, he was a member of the company secretarial team of UHY Ireland.
