Alisha joined the Oakwood team in July 2021 and holds a first-class degree in Law and a masters in Law and Business from the University of Law. Alisha completed our Graduate Training Programme and is now training towards her company secretarial qualification / masters in corporate governance and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute. Alisha manages a large portfolio of clients and has particular experience with larger project work and the reconstitution of company registers.
