Company formations

Oakwood provides a comprehensive company formation service, which covers all types of legal entity. With a wealth of experience of undertaking company incorporations, we deliver a cost-effective, “City law firm quality” service, which includes:

electronic incorporation with the desired name, officers and members in place
preparation of post-incorporation paperwork, including first board minutes
and share/membership certificate(s)
filing all relevant statutory forms
writing up the statutory registers
providing a set of statutory books with all completed documentation

Where full details are not available at the time of instruction, we can incorporate with Oakwood ‘nominee’ directors, secretary, shareholder and registered office in place and arrange transfer once the details are available.

Companies can be incorporated either with our standard articles of association in place, or with bespoke articles as preferred.
